Is anyone a big fan of this movie written and directed by Mike Judge starring Gary Cole, Jennifer Aniston, Ron Livinston, and Stephen Root? It's in the top 5 of my fave 90's movies. My fave part of the movie is when the white dude (can't remember his name) is stuck in traffic singing the words to that gangster rap song. I LMAO everytime I see this scene. And the Indian guy who always tries to cuss but says the wrong cuss words for the situation is hilarious..........

I didn't totally get "Office Space" the first time I watched it. After watching it a couple of more times, I now think it is hilarious.

Bob Slydell: Milton Waddams.
Dom Portwood: Who's he?
Bob Porter: You know, squirrely looking guy, mumbles a lot.
Dom Portwood: Oh, yeah.
Bob Slydell: Yeah, we can't actually find a record of him being a current employee here.
Bob Porter: I looked into it more deeply and I found that apparently what happened is that he was laid off five years ago and no one ever told him, but through some kind of glitch in the payroll department, he still gets a paycheck.
Bob Slydell: So we just went a ahead and fixed the glitch.
Bill Lumbergh: Great.
Dom Portwood: So um, Milton has been let go?
Bob Slydell: Well just a second there, professor. We uh, we fixed the 'glitch'. So he won't be receiving a paycheck anymore, so it will just work itself out naturally.
Bob Porter: We always like to avoid confrontation, whenever possible. Problem solved from your end.

Best film of the 90s.

Glad my Wingman Valley rates this movie too. Motley, how could you forget Michael Bolton?, its a great scene, especially when he locks his car door and quietens down as the old flower seller passes by.

Samir: No one in this country can ever pronounce my name right. It's not that hard: Samir Na-gheen-an-a-jar. Nagheenanajar.
Michael Bolton: Yeah, well at least your name isn't Michael Bolton.
Samir: You know there's nothing wrong with that name.
Michael Bolton: There was nothing wrong with it... until I was about 12 years old and that no-talent *** clown became famous and started winning Grammys.
Samir: Hmm... well why don't you just go by Mike instead of Michael?
Michael Bolton: No way. Why should I change? He's the one who sucks. [Big Grin]

Oh I love this movie and I can totally relate! Evertime I see this I crack up. I bought the directors cut DVD recently and would have bought the red stapler they were selling but it cost $39! Anyway, I guess you can never have too much flair.....

I remembered the guy's character name was Michael Bolton but couldn't remember his real life name. And who could forget Dietrick Bader (I know I spelled that wrong) as Ron Livingston's redneck neighbor?

"What would you do if you had $1,000,000?"
"Two chicks at the same time."
"Is that all?"
"Yeah that's all I ever really wanted to do. Chicks who double up on guys like me like guys with money."

I love this film! At the time I first watched it, I had a manager exactly like Gary Cole's character. He would speak in the exact same way!

"Yeah...I'm gonna need you to do this, ok?"

"Well I wouldn't exactly say I've been missing it."

John McGinely is hilarious in it too as the ultimate Michael Bolton fan.......

I love this movie. I used to work in an office setting and I swear my boss was Lumbergh. He would blow up my answering machine and get on my nerves. I tried to avoid him but he always found me LOL.

I LMAO at the scene when he can't sleep because the thought of Lumbergh drinking coffee while he's screwing his girl is going through his head LOL.
