Should be near and dear to our 80's fan site because of all of the flashbacks to the 80's and the fashion and music in it. I really couldnt' wait for this one when it came out to the movie theater. I was totally not disappointed with any aspect of this movie.

I love the innocence of Romy and Michelle. They are oblivious to anyone in the world but themselves which is appealing because they pull off this comic masterpeace with wit, timing, and a wonderful supporting cast.

I love the flashback scenes with the fashion and music. It really took you back to that time when dressing like Madonna was cool, however I think it was a more popular fashion in 1984.

There are so many scenes that I loved about this one that it is hard to pick one. I loved the Time After Time dance sequence at the end of the film. I love the fact that The "A" group got theirs in the end. And who could forget what Romy had to do to get the Jaguar.

Do you guys have any thoughts about this 1997 comedy?

PS did anyone catch the TV sequal to this??? I didn't.

JLP I actually like this movie. I just went to my high school reunion and it made me wonder if any of those people embellished about how successful they are today. It's hilarious how the things that make people so popular in high school won't always help you after high school. So a Class Reunion is usually the realization of that fact for most. Humbling for some people and encouraging for others ya know.
