I doubt I am going to get any replies...but... this was a 70's British film. It had a gang of teens that were bad and terrorized the town that they lived in. They somehow discoved that if they killed themselves/died that they would come back to life and couldn't die at all. Which they took advantage of (one pretended to hang himself).
Then the one that won't convert ends up at the local park and they all surround him/her (can't remember) and then they all turn to stone, which forms a stone circle in the middle of the town on the green.
They are all on motorbikes for most of it.
Does anyone know?

Earth Angel. FYI. The scene where Nicky Henson's character drives off of the bridge is not too far from me at Laleham on the M3 near the river Thames. The town was Walton-Upon-Thames and the stone circle is near Shepperton Studios.
