Don't know if the movies were supposed to be set in the 80's..
Well, apparently not.. because Platoon, The Untouchables, Dead Poets Society and several
sci-fi flicks are included..
That leaves me wondering why the Indiana Jones films, Blue Velvet and Full Metal Jacket aren't
included..
and where the hell is After Hours ??

i think johnny it's just films made in the 80s!
some great titles listed there, but i've noticed there's no films starting with the letter 'g' in the list, like john said i would have surely thought ghostbusters should be in there and i would also have thought gremlins also!
never mind there's are still some great ones in there!

Obviously the movie-going residents of Tampa, FL. are a bunch of numpties.

This is simply a list of movies that some people have heard of. It clearly bears no resemblance to any actual knowledge of the movies themselves. Someone's just ran either a netflix random wishlist, or else an IMDB search for the decade, sorted it, and copied it there.
