I've asked nearly every movie buff I know and tried using my best google-fu to no avail!

NAME THAT MOVIE:

I have no clue who acts in it, I can't quote a single line....

Here's what I DO know...

Main character develops/stumbles upon this pink gooey substance. When said substance is slathered on any image, that images 'comes to life' be it cars, merchandise and later... WOMEN.

Main character attempts to bring to life the perfect woman, with several failed/disastrous attempts. Upon creation of every woman, she has a great one liner that is something like (but not exactly "Kiss me and I'll love you forever". The women get pretty upset when he refuses to kiss them.

At the end main character FINALLY creates the 'perfect' women, only to have her fall into the hands of the pizza delivery guy (I think) because he was too busy dealing with the calamity of a situation he put himself in.

Any help would be much appreciated!

It only took you one hour! It's ok, it would've been answered here anyway, that one's come up before.
