Just ordered Running Hot dvd myself.

Just watched Running Hot (1984) aka Lucky 13.

I liked this low-budget crime drama.
Street girls, pimps, dirty cops and teens on the run, it´s all here.

Running Hot was written and directed by Mark Griffiths, this was his directorial debut.
His second feature film was the legendary Hardbodies.

Starring Monica Carrico, Eric Stoltz, Stuart Margolin, Virgil Frye and Richard Bradford.
Sorrells Pickard had a nice support role, he was one of the lead actors in hardbodies.

Carrico is fresh and energetic but sadly this was her only major role.
She shows quite a lot of skin here and that of course is always a risk, careerwise.

The soundtrack includes some great uptempo rock/pop songs
but i couldn´t find any of them on YouTube.

This flick was released here in Finland on VHS back in the day
but this was the first time i saw it.

I haven't seen this, but if it has Stoltz in it, I'll give it a look. Thanks for bringing it up!

I've seen it now and I can honestly say... I didn't like it. Plotless mess. The cast did their best, but none of them had believable motivations.
