I heard about this some time ago and being a huge NOES fan have been looking forward to seeing what it would be like and from what i have seen on the net it looks like i will be another major let down.

Anyone else seen the trailer?

I have seen the trailer and am so far undecided either way. I tend not to let a trailer really affect my decision to see a movie as a great movie can often have a poor trailer and a great trailer can often be better than the poor movie it represents.

All my instincts tell me this will be as bad as the Friday 13th Remake but my heart wants it to be as good as the TCM remake.

I'm excited to see what Jackie Earle Haley does with the Freddy character, and that's about it. What I'm more excited about though, is the documentary about the NOES series called "Never Sleep Again - The Elm Street Legacy" which is being released in April on DVD around the same time the remake is released in theatres.

I thought the remake of "Friday the 13th" was actually a fun movie.
