I've been looking for movies for a movie that I believe came out in the 80's. All I remember is it had a guy wearing a necklace that would glow green and burn into his chest. Does anyone remember this? It's driving my brother and I crazy!!!

Yes! It was a cheesy sci-fi called Laserblast (uk title). The guy found a weird alien weapon and necklace that turned him into an evil killer. Actually released in 1978 this was the first movie I ever saw on VHS! Bloody terrible it was too. Look it up on IMDB...
