I like this guy: -
Hans Gruber from Die Hard. Here's a great quote:"Do you really think you have a chance against us, mister cowboy?".

I think female villains are the worst. The ultimate female villian is:

The Alien in the Alien films. Pure evil.

"Get away from her "you B**ch". Fab.

I like Bennet from Commando. This part just after he throws his gun at Matrix (Schwarzenegger) like a girl is very amusing. To quote Bennet:"I don't need the gun John. I can beat you. I DON'T NEED NO GUN!"

 - Patravita (with the white hair) from Raw Deal is cool, probably not a popular film with many, but I like it a lot. Some cool quotes: "It's like wrestling it's fixed. And the cops are always gonna lose, and they know it".
After his guys are arrested and much of the money and drugs are seized by the police:"The smack. It's mine. I want it back"

Diana V always creeped me out as a lad, maybe it was the rat munching. Even though I secretly thought she was hot too.

Oh I love all of the ones that you mentioned. But I would have to say the most memorable is Arnold as The Terminator!

Hi guys. This one may not be a favourite, but Clarence from Robocop. He was genuinly frightening and ruthless and single minded in his cruelty, eespecially the scene when he and his group kill Murphy -

The disturbingly camp Bennet from commando, has to be the best hard man ever, it makes me laugh every time he tries to talk tough with Matrix!

However I am genuinely terrified of what he would do to my still twitching body after he had stabbed me to death (no doubt in the ****)!

The mans a raving pervert and obviously has issue's!

At least you know that Hans or Clarence have no intention of defiling your body after they have gunned you down!
