okay, help me out people, I'm looking for two movie titles-

the first one, a friend of mine is looking for this one - it's a horror movie about a mysterious killer in a trenchcoat, who's acually a bunch of roaches in a coat (yep), and the only one who knows this is a blind kid living in a delirict apartment. and he calls this villain 'mr. funnyshoes'.

the second one, I'm looking for this one - it's a summer comedy that takes place on a lake resort. a nerd who works there is in love with this porn star, she dies, and then her ghost follows him around and guides him. he summons her by saying 'I wanna get laid' a bunch of times.

so if you have any guesses, it would really help me out.

Oreb--I think the first movie may be Mimic. It's from the 90s, though. I remember the "Mr. Funnyshoes" part.

wow, yes it is mimic. I've seen it on TV twice! didn't really pay attention, though. you know, from the way my friend described the plot, I had no idea it was mimic, I though it was some trashy 80s horror.

in that case - have TWO NEW TITLES I need solving (I didn't want to post four at once):

1) it's a summer camp comedy about young teens. they meet up at the bus station before they go to camp, meeting after a year. i dn't really remember the plot, apart from that there was a girls camp on the other side of the lake, and one of the characters was a kid who coldn't swim and treid to learn by floating in a bath thub. a fat kid?

2) it's a geeky comedy about vampire hunters, but all the vampires in the movie were super hot chicks. there's one nerd in the group, and there's one scene when a vampire tries to go down on him, and he has a huge cross printed on the front of his boxers.

that's about all I remember!

Wow! I had no idea that Eddie Deezen, 80s ubernerd, ever starred in a movie! I'll have to check that one out.

I know him mainly from two movies - 80s teen classic Wargames, and the much lesser known, but hilarious "Whoopie Boys"

I loved the scene in Wargames when the other computer geek was calling him Mr. Potato Head.

i SAW THIS MOVIE A MILLION YEARS AGO AND THE ONLY PART i REMEBER WAS THE BIMBO VAMPIRE SAYING TO eDDIE dEEZEN "iS THAT A STAKE IN YOUR POCKET OR ARE YOU JUST HAPPY TO SEE ME?" AND HIM SAYING "iTS A STAKE!" AND PULLING A STAKE OUT AND CHASING HER.

I have thought of buying a copy of this to see if its as funny as I remember it being....but Im scared it probably hasnt aged well.
