I was talking to Isis last night and we got on the subject of how when there's an actor or actress we like, we try to find other movies they have been in.

What gets me is when there aren't many to find. For example, Amamda Peterson. I loved her in Can't Buy Me Love so I went out and tried to find other stuff but it's slim pickings. Listen to Me was pretty good but Fatal Charm bit the big one and she hasn't done anything new so it's like that's it!

Can anyone else relate to this and if so, who do you wish made more movies?

My picks are:
Michael Schoeffling
Phoebe Cates
Meredith Salenger
Cynthia Gibb
Mia Sara

Sherri Stoner. She was my absolute favorite writer on the cartoons "Tiny Toon Adventures" and "Animaniacs" (where she also provided the voice of Slappy Squirrel), but what few people know is that she also was a live-action actress. Her roles were very few, but she did have a major movie with "Reform School Girls" (which I did the page on), where she played Lisa, a fragile girl with a stuffed bunny and a deer-caught-in-the-headlights look.

She was a great talent and I wish that she had made more movies. Live-action's loss was animation's gain, though, because not only did she go on to write for the 2 shows I mentioned, but she also was the model for Ariel in "The Little Mermaid".

Sincerely,

John Kilduff

I like Amanda Peterson too...she is also in "I posed for Playboy"- which was ok.

I do the same thing when I find someone I like I look for any movie they have ever been in.

John Candy. I know he made loads, but it would have been wonderful to see him stick around longer than he did......

Yeah, Diane Franklin is a good one. I loved her in Last American Virgin and Better Off Dead...almost forgot about her!
