Okay, this dates me a bit. I was in the third or fourth grade. Anyway, it was a friend's birthday and a few of us went over to spend the night. His mother took us to see The Karate Kid- we all loved it. in fact, when we got back to his place, after his mom went to sleep upstairs, we broke out the pillow cushions had our own karate tournament that lasted until the early morning hours. Oh what fun... (I still have the Daniel and Miami figures somewhere back at my parents house.)

wow you are soooooo lucky to have seen the karate kid movie in the cinema!!!!!! I would love to seem them re-released on the big screen *_*

dont worry - i'm always getting typos too *_* i hope your right and they decide to re-realease the moives and the merchandise stuff too ^_^

I wouldnt hold out too much hope for a 20th anniversary re-release, but a little bird told me that a special edition DVD might be on the way next year... :))
