I'm sure other '80's kids out there remember "Madballs", which were somewhat grotesque toys/balls that came out back in our favorite decade. These all had unusual & at times disgusting "faces" which were unique to each different version.

I never had any of these at the time, but always wanted some.

Well, these have recently made a come-back. I ordered some of these new ones online, and hope to get them soon. Apparently, they're also being sold at some retail stores. Here's a link:

Got my 6 kidrobot Madballs today - very cool. These are: Screaming Meanie, Dust Brain, Skullface, Slobulus, Oculus Orbus, and Horn Head - somewhat sickening but unique, in an '80's horror movie kind of way - LOL.

I never had any of the '80's Madballs, but these new versions actually look like they're of better quality than the older ones.

Wow, I had a couple of these back in the day. I think this was lost in my brain somewhere, never to be retrieved. Thanks for helping me use that part of my brain [Wink]

Better quality. That brings a question to mind. Was the 80s the time when quality went down the tubes.
I do not remember ever seeing these but they were on some tv show recently. It may have been on I Love the 80s. How about madballs videos on vhs. A guy gave mea box of vhs the other day and one of them was a madballs video. SShould I watch this?

I had a couple of these back when I was a kid. I used to throw it around the yard as a fetch toy for my dogs. So they got pretty tore up. But that's actually what many kids did with them back in the day.
