Does anyone else on here besides me find Jimmy Fallon to be a non-funny, talentless, annoying twit lol? I'm liking Conan as the new host of The Tonight Show but have never been able to stand Fallon. We watched Conan last night. After Conan was over , we tried to watch Fallon for about a minute and was reminded of why we've never watched his show before. I would rather go through a root canal with no novacane than be forced to watch him. They could have gotten anybody better than Fallon to take over for Conan. Jokes that aren't funny are bad enough yet alone when he laughs at them himself........

I've only seen bits and pieces of the show. He looks like he's struggling to find his groove.

I thought Chevy did not get a fair shot and he had some bad writers... I'd all for a Chevy Chase show... [Smile]

the only reason i bother watching fallon is because he happens to be on right after the tonight show so.. i end up catching his show at times.

the other night he had the beastie boys on and that was awesome seeing the older guys rap onstage.

i think fallon is OK.. he's not funny mostly, his jokes bomb a lot, but i think he needs to hang in there and the audience needs to give it time. maybe he'll get better.

what's up with the roots as his stage band? how did he get them to do that?

I saw the first Chevy Chase show and I knew it was going to have a very short life.

He seems a little stiff, and the jokes go over like a lead balloon.

Devolution here,

He doesn't have the same zing as he does when he's not the center of attention. Look at the movies that he is the star in. They are never that great.

We are DEVO

I think Jon Stewart would have been the best possible choice. He seems born to be a talk show host, and moving into the slot behind Conan would have to be a major career advancement from The Daily Show in terms of prestige and salary.
