I have been rearranging my movie collection all afternoon, and I keep wondering where I am going to keep putting them.

I had a bunch of bookshelves built for them, now I am going to have to add some more.

Where do you guys put your movies?

I still have tons of VHS tapes...the thing I hate are the VHS tapes that come in the larger plastic boxes- I have tons of them that I got at various video stores, and they take up alot of space.

I have a bookcase type of thing and also some shelves on the wall. Everytime I get a new one, I have to rearrange the whole lot to get them back in order! Now I am totally out of room everywhere and have to do an addition myself! Alot of work collecting movies and music!

I have a set of wrap around dvd cases. They start where my kitchen ends and wind back up on the other side of the kitchen. It's basically some shelves my dad and I made in his shop at home about 5 years ago. I find the store bought ones are flimsy....

I have a bookshelf full of DVDs plus two 60 litre storage containers full. We also have about 100 movies stored on hard drives as well, a lot of which I've transfered from VHS via my PC.

I have a book shelf in the back of my closet where I keep all of my 80's DVDs....a storage cabinet in my computer room full of horror movies and TV series, a large TV cabinet full to the brim, some in the linen closet...starting to get the point? My DVDs are everywhere and I need a better system. Got rid of most all of my VHS tapes...too much room...have most of them on DVD now......

I want to make copies of all of my DVDs, then, I can keep them all in a zippered DVD binders. Take the originals and put them in storage (a dry cool place) like the basement. Or, sell them...

- Copy all DVDs to highest quality DVD media, Taiyo Yuden has 100 year warranty...
 -

- Store all DVD copies in zippered cases because they take up a lot less space...

This will hold over 200 DVDs

JDoc-I use those things too, more for music than movies, but I put alot of my "copies" of movies in those things, cause I don't have cases for them.
