Welcome to the Rewind Jakey.
One way is to go to Photo bucket. Type in what u r looking for in the search box. Click on the pic you want. When it comes up go down to the right side of the page and click on the IMG part and it will blink"copied". Go back to Rewind and paste in the reply box.
