Let's say you had a house in your home that was totally dedicated to the 80s. What would be some killer must have items that you would want in there. Also what items do you already have that you would put in there??

I have an 80's room in my house. It is my game room...and I have a shelf that goes the whole way around it....at the top...like a border and it has all my 70's and 80's stuff on it...I have autographed pictures of TV stars...and I have board games, and arcade game marquees, and I have the Coleco Donkey Kong game, I have action figures-like the Bionic Man and Oscar Goldman, and Electra Woman, and I have an Isis Halloween mask and and a Isis View master reel. I have a Donkey Kong casino slot machine, and I have a jukebox that plays nothing but 45 records from the 70's and the 80's.

My son has all 80's movie posters on his walls, and he has The Miami Vice car model, He has the General Lee, he has a street sign that says "Starsky & Hutch Drive" and he has the original Starsky and Hutch action figures, and an autograph from Paul Michael Glaser.

I always wanted a huge arcade game in my room, make it a total arcade. I just need more room to bring my plans to fruition.

Ohhhhh...I was so close...had an 80's room for a short time...then came baby. The stuff I still have for my future 80's room (always hold hope) is: vintage 80s ghetto blaster w' all of my favorite 80's albums on cassette, a top loading VHS player with some of my favorite movies on VHS, an Atari with about 30 games, Rubiks Cube, an old 80's phone (black one with dial), approx 15 of my fav 80's albums all framed and ready to hang on the wall, and other items highlighting my favorite movies, TV shows, and music. Someday I would love to have a few life size arcade games...PacMan, Space Invaders, Asteroids, etc...and a pinball machine...juke box would be nice...for the record...all of these last noted items are all currently out of my budget. In the meantime, I display my ghetto blaster and a few other items on a shelf in my closet...see them every time I open my closet to get my clothes each day......ahhhhhh....the memories.
