Just got Season 2 on DVD - my daughters loved season 1, so this will be a nice surprise for them later.
For those not familiar, Metal Mickey was an 80s kids TV show featuring a robot constructed by a whizz-kid who somehow comes to life. Interesting trivia is that it was directed by Michael Dolenz, from The Monkees. It also starred British comedy legend Irene Handl.

Never heard of it, for a second there I thought you were talking of a song from the group Suede. who I assume got the title from the tv show.

Oh my god, oh my god, oh my GOD! I loved Metal Mickey so much when I was a kid!
We used it watch it every Friday night along with Marmalade Atkins, The Goodies and the Kenny Everitt Video Show.

Stitch, te first two seasons should be available from Amazon on DVD. If not, they are on sale from NETWORK DVD in Region 2 format - but shipping might be a little higher!
