When I was watching Fatal Attraction last night, I saw Anne Archer was wearing a banana clip in her hair, and she looked really cute. I always loved them. I never understood why they went out of style. If you did it right...and your hair was really curly...it looked so cute. I know they still make them. But, nobody wears them. My mom wore them too. She had her hair up in one for my graduation party and it was black with gold beads in it, and she had a black jumpsuit on and black high heels-it looked really cool.

My hair was always way too long for them. It looked funny!

Your right, they worked best with curly hair or hair with a lot of body. I liked them too because it made my hair look longer than it did in a ponytail. I wore one to my junior prom that had fake flowers wired to it - yikes!
