I may get rapped for asking this, and certainly it's not something someone like me who abhors extensive cursing might do, but I just can't help but inquire, what happens to be the favorite moment of questionable language uttered in an 80s picture. If I had to pick a single moment, it would probably have to be:

"Roman you *(^&%&^$#^%!!!!!!!"
"What did he say?"
"Go faster."
"OK." (floors it)

Coming in a close second:

"I offered to help you. You refused to take our money. So I said, 'I guess you're really up #@&^$$#%^*) Creek.' YEEEEEEOOOOOOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!" (etc. etc . etc.)

And tied for third:

"You can start by wiping that &#$(&^@Q #&$@*# smile off your rosy &#$62&*@($C cheeks. Then you can get me a &#$^*@&*Q*&$ automobile...*&#($&(*&3@&#(*DB#@()@$...."

along with:

"We're going to press on, and we're going to have the HAPP-HAPP-HAPPIEST Christmas since Bing Croby tapdanced with Danny &*@#^87 Kaye."

Whilst we're keeping an eye on this thread, it's worth mentioning that as soon as anyone tries to find any ways around the site profanity filter, the thread will get dumped.

So the challenge is - talk about profanity without actually using any objectionable words....

I love this quote from Stripes:

Here's some great ones from Revenge of the Nerds:

Booger - Why? Does she have a p**is?
Booger - I thought I was looking at my mother's old d**che-bag, but that's in Ohio.
Booger - This is bull****! I want b*sh, pan down.

Lots of funny lines out there with swear words....

But I think the most CREATIVE use of profanity and racial slurring comes in Spike Lee's DO THE RIGHT THING.

When each of the characters go off on each others nationality it was both offensive, and hysterical at the same time..like spoken word poetry [Smile]

There's so many things in the movie "Arthur" that crack me up.....

I don't want to get censored.....but

Some of the stuff Richard Pryor says in The Toy cracks me up...also...
I like when the wife of Jackie Gleason calls him....You A--, and he says ...It's U.S. , Not ...You A--.

Another great one is from Newbomb Turk in The Hollywood Knights:

"Did you hear about the guy with the 5 P*nises? His pants fit like a glove."

The first time I heard this, I laughed for 10 minutes straight.

I cant possibly write my pick without flat-out using the WORD - but mine is what Spicoli says to Mr hand in FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH (and what makes it even funnier is of course when the story gets told around school it gets even worse!)

I love this movie. So many great lines...

How about: The scene where they are all sitting in the tree and Sgt. Bimbeau shines his flashlight up at them and says:

Bimbeau: Lemme tell you buttholes somethin'! This sh1t's wwaaayyyyy outta line! And you squirrels better have some nuts in your mouth... or you're goin' downtown! [Big Grin]

Yeah, that was a classic...Now I'm cracking up thinking about it. I know I said this before, but it's worth repeating - For those of you who have never seen this movie, you don't know what you're missing!

Devolution here,

It's actually Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.

but speaking of Vacation. That's my favorite. When he freaks out in the car in Phoenix in the rain,

"This is no longer a vacation, it's a quest, it's a quest for fun. I'm gonna have fun, and you're gonna have fun."

My cousin Vinny.
"Imagine you're a deer..."

That whole scene is hilarious.

And The Breakfast Club.
Most of what Bender says has curse words but it's so funny.

Oh God, that film cracks me up. My favourite part is that whole scene in the cell where Stan doesn't know who Vinny is.

Vinny: "It's your *ss, not mine. I think you should be grateful. I think you should be down on your f***in' knees."

The best movie ever for this category has to be Full Metal Jacket. There are way too many quotes to list here and they are way to crude. The whole movie is pure genius.

Otto: You pompous, stuck-up, snot-nosed, English, giant, twerp, scumbag, f**k-face, d**khead, a**hole.
Archie: How very interesting. You're a true vulgarian, aren't you?
Otto: You are the vulgarian, you f**k. Now apologize!

Otto: You really like animals don't you, Ken? What's the attraction?
Ken: Well, you can t-t-trust them and they don't sh-sh-sh-sh
Otto: Sh*t on you?
Ken: Show off all the t-time.

How about some of the lines from "Johnny Dangerously"? The character named Roman Moroni.

The guy butchered English so badly it wasn't even 'proper' cussing... [Big Grin]

Quotes copied from imdb:

Roman Moroni: Why you miserable cork-soaker!

Roman Moroni: This is fargin war!

Roman Moroni: You fargin sneaky bastage. I'm gonna take your dwork. I'm gonna nail it to the wall. I'm gonna crush your boils in a meat grinder. I'm gonna cut off your arms. I'm gonna shove 'em up your icehole. Dirty son-a-ma-batches. My own club!
