Megaforce (1982). Barry Bostwick, Persis Khambatta, Michael Beck, Edward Mulhare, George Furth and Henry Silva. A special fighting unit led by a former pilot goes into action to defend a country when its self detemination is put at risk by mercenaries.

Two mentions of note: a Rubik's cube is featured and Hal Needham, who directed this, turns up uncredited as a technician.

Wow! All this Megaforce activity just a few days after I slated it! Woo-hoo! It's good to know that Hal 'Don't Refer to Him as a Director' Needham didn't just flush the TWENTY MILLION DOLLAR budget down the toilet.

Just watched Howard the Duck! Been forever since I'd seen it. Cheesy special effects but it was fun. Loved Lea Thompson's crimped hair!

Lea Thompson was amazingly hot in "Howard The Duck" .. why did she waste that look on the duck? Such a goofy movie.. I've never really been a fan of it.. but you can't deny it has a cult status.
