Just finished watching Conan The Barbarian and Conan The Destroyer. Probably going against the majority on this one but I think I liked Destroyer the best.

Cop is good and i love the Angel Collection.
Conan The Barbarian is a classic but Conan The Destroyer is also a very important movie for me.
I´ve said it before but i watched it so many times during the 80s that i knew all the lines.

The Angel Collection has been sitting in my amazon shopping cart for a few weeks now. I'm thinking I may have to make that on of my next purchases.

With three different people playing Angel...Donna Wilkes being the first and best IMO. Did you know that she was actually 25 years old when she filmed Angel? She certainly looked 15 years old! =)

I have the original Angel dvd-set from 2003 released by Anchor Bay, which sold for insane amounts of money in more recent years...
...until Image Entertainment decided to do a re-release late last year.
Ah well.. the Anchor Bay set is still a solid collector's item nowadays, and includes some bonus features that were not carried over to the Image re-release, i believe. A very nice booklet with production- and release info about all three movies was included in the Anchor Bay set as well.

Watched this one the other day: Only recently discovered this one despite my love for Jamie Lee Curtis in her scream queen roles. Not quite as good as Halloween but I'd rank it up there.

i recently seen the last american virgin for the first time, if you havent seen it yet you dont want to read on
gotta say i was very displeased with diane franklin's character, even though that gary guy was a creep, he didnt deserve to be treated like a jerk, i havent seen this kind of behavior in a woman since cast away when helen hunt ran off and married some other guy when tom hanks went missing, she waited until the third or fourth day and then said ok he's a goner.

That´s the reason which makes it a unique and special film. It´s no fairy tale and it totally makes you think.

Great movie. It's like the first half is the "horny guys want to get laid" standard movie then the second half is this teen pregnancy drama movie. The ending really hit hard. Probably the most realistic ending I'd seen in a teen movie ever. I wanted to kill Karen and Rick though! LOL

i thought gary was a weirdo, because he was measuring all those guys, which come to think of it that whole situation was weird, bringing his buddies over to the latin lady's house, i dont think rick needed any more help, and then he was going to take seconds or thirds, to me thats all weird also the obession with the one girl, the cute blonde was in to him, i would have forgot diane franklin and had some fun

This was a pretty good Disney kids flick directed by Greg Beeman (License to Drive).
The cast was good: The kids: Peter Smith, Jason Hervey, Sarah Jo Martin, Adam Carl, Sean Hall, Candace Cameron Bure and Scott Nemes. The adults: Mickey Rooney, James Tolkan, Robert Costanzo, Robin Pearson Rose, Alan Haufrect and Art LaFleur.
Some of these kids are familiar faces from other 80s films like: Some Kind of Wonderful, The Monster Squad, Meatballs Part II, Back to the Future and Back to School.
I liked the story - The evil Kennel Master and The Water Street gang vs. The Little Spies gang. You can also see few cool cadgets and nice training sequences which included The Go-Go´s classic "We Got the Beat"
